This talk offers practitioners training in the OnTrac Parent-Child ADHD Program, a structured, manualised, six-session intervention developed for children aged 7–10 and their caregivers. Grounded in psychoeducation and practical skill-building, this program supports families to better understand ADHD and develop strategies that enhance functioning across home, school, and social settings. The OnTrac programme is delivered over 2 talks on Calabash, and this talk is part 2 of the series.

Delivered in a combined group format, each 2-hour weekly session integrates three key modules:

• Psychoeducation: Understanding ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and comorbidities.
• Adaptive Thinking: Cognitive restructuring, values-based action, emotional literacy, and social thinking.
• Practical Coping Skills: Time management, organisation, communication, and routine-building.

The program prioritises collaboration, structure, and early intervention to improve children’s capacity for self-regulation, task initiation, and problem-solving. Workbooks and therapist guides support fidelity of delivery, while mentor involvement enriches the group experience.
